The body is not a problem to be managed. It is a site of knowledge, sovereignty, and liberation.

The Center for Body Autonomy exists at the intersection of trauma, embodiment, pleasure, Blackness, and body autonomy ---building frameworks, certifications, and education for the people and communities that existing systems were never designed to serve.

Every program, every workshop, every training I offer starts from the same premise: that bodies — particularly marginalized bodies — already know things that institutions are still catching up to.
