Peace. I’m Candace “Coach Felyne” Liger (she/they) and I am a movement and strength coach with over 14 years of experience helping people connect with the strength and pleasure inside their bodies. As a NASM trainer, USAW Level 1 Coach, and the director of Trauma Informed Weight Lifting, I believe deeply that our bodies are our greatest teachers.
My home-based workout programs are designed to be accessible without investing in expensive equipment or gym memberships. Focusing on functional strength, mobility, and endurance, my approach supports movement in a world that often limits our ability to feel safe and strong.
My programs center Black women, femmes, and queer folx.
